Meal Services
- We create mother-centered meals, including family meals.
- Meal preparations are heavily focused on maternal recovery such as, constipation, skin recovery, blood circulation, etc.
Maternity Term Care
- We perform breast fat management for breastfeeding.
- We perform abdominal care which also helps expel lochia.
- Helps with postpartum recovery
- We provide maternal nutrition and health care to help with a fast and healthy recovery during the postpartum period (4~8 weeks after delivery), which is the most important period as that determines the lifelong health after childbirth.
Sitz & Foot Bath Services
- A warm and aromatic Sitz Bath is performed 1~2 times a day. (This may vary depending on the situation). This also helps with perineal recovery.
- These services will differ based on if the mother has done a Cesarean Section or Natural Childbirth.
- Foot baths will be done once a day (+massage) shortly after dinner.
Steam Services
- We will provide a steam pack which is simultaneously carried out with a steaming massage
- This service will be carried out according to the mother’s condition.
Electric Breast Pump Service
- Provides breast care and massages to help relieve breast soreness and also aids in breastfeeding
- We will help the mother use the electric breast pump efficiently

- 출산 후 평생의 건강이 좌우되는 중요한 시기인 산욕기 (분만후 4-8 주간) 산모영양 , 건강한 회복을 돕는 건강관리 를 합니다.
좌욕,족욕서비스
- 온좌욕 1 일 1-2회 실시(상황에 따라 변동가능)하며, 회음부 회복에 도움을 줍니다
- 제왕절개 와 자연분만 은 서비스 의 차이가 있습니다.
- 족욕 은 1 일 1 회 (저녁 식사후 약간의 마사지 와 실시)
찜질서비스
- 찜질팩을 이용한 산모님 찜질 마사지를 실시합니다.
- 마사지와 동시에 진행 합니다.
- 산모 의 컨디션 에 따라 진행합니다 .
전동 유축기 서비스
- 젖몸살을 풀어주기 위해 유방관리를 하고 수유를 도와줍니다
- 전동 유축기 효율적 사용방법 .
