Mother Care
Breast Care: We provide breastfeeding posture and guidance. As well as breast care to relieve breast pain and we also teach mothers how to use a breast pump and how to care post-pumping.
Womb/Uterus Care: To help with uterine contraction and expel excess discharge, we offer simple postpartum exercises, sitz bath, foot bath, and massages.
Abdominal Care: To help prevent obesity and uterine contractions, we offer simple exercises, early ambulation, prevention of constipation, urinary incontinence, venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
Food Management: For pregnant mothers, we prepare examples of basic food groups for a healthy diet. To ensure postpartum recovery and adequate supply within the range of food ingredients available, we prepare the diet desired by the mother after consultation.
Items mother must prepare: Sitz bath(좌욕기) – Massage oil or cooking olive oil is okay. 4 hand towels, 2 large pots, a medium size strainer or colander, and lastly a basin for the foot massage.
Groceries needed: Seaweed, dried fish, brisket, chicken breast, dried pollack, king prawns, scallops, abalone, mussels, spinach, beets, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, burdock root, lotus root, anchovy, cranberry, cod, salmon, mackerel, tofu, lemon, shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, pine mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, scallions, eggs, ground garlic, basic seasonings, sesame seeds, coarse salt, soy sauce, starch syrup, glutinous rice, fish sauce(ex: tuna, anchovy, sand lance), sesame oil, perilla seed powder.
If you are allergic to ANY of the food listed above, please consider carefully before preparing the groceries. Or please let the doula know beforehand.

유방관리: 모유수유 자세 및 지도. 젖몸살을 풀어주는 유방케어 및 유축기를 사용방법 그리고 유축후 관리 .
자궁관리: 자궁수축 및 오로배출을 돕기위한 좌욕,족욕 또는간단한 산후체조, 자궁수축 맛사지.
복부관리: 복부비만방지와 자궁수축을 위한 복부케어 (원활한 오로 배출 ), 산후체조, 조기보행, 변비와 요실금 예방, 정맥혈전과 폐색전증예방
음식관리: 산모를 위한 기초 식품군 및 건강식단 예시. 식재료가 준비된 범위내에서 산후 회복 및 적절한 공급을 위하여 산모와 협의 후 산모가 원하는 식단을 준비.
